Position:

Part-Time Customer Service Associate We are looking for a long-term reliable, motivated team member with strong customer service skills. This position requires someone who is punctual, dependable (no frequent call-outs), and committed to learning all aspects of our store operations — including shipping, retail, and specialty services.

Ideal candidates will have:

Retail and/or shipping experience Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfort using computers, printers, copiers, fax machines, and point-of-sale systems Already a Colorado Notary or willing/able to become one A positive attitude and willingness to help promote and enhance the store Must be 18 years or older to become Colorado Notary Flexibility to work additional hours to cover co-worker time off and holiday shipping during December/January Daily responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Providing exceptional customer service Problem-solving and assisting customers with unique situations Standing and walking for extended periods Lifting and handling boxes (up to 50 pounds) Using computers, copier/printer Must be a proficient at typing Performing notary services (once certified) Light cleaning
