Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM-5:45
PM Pay:
Approximately $60,000 base plus commission

$100,000-$150,000 annually Sell, Communicate, and Control the Day Accurate Automotive is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who can manage a busy front counter, build customer trust, and maintain strong sales. This is not a beginner role. You'll work in a fast-paced independent shop with an ARO target of $1,250+ and approximately 30 vehicles per advisor each week . What You'll Do Greet customers and build trust Prepare estimates and sell recommended work Communicate with technicians and manage workflow Order parts and monitor job progress Keep the front counter organized and efficient Maintain strong ARO and customer satisfaction What We're Looking For Five or more years of independent repair shop service-advising experience Strong sales and communication skills Organized, professional, and efficient Comfortable with high volume and performance expectations Strong phone, computer, and math skills Valid driver's license College degree preferred Shop & Team Established independent shop with a growing car count Owner and General Manager actively involved Strong technician support Team-first culture Tekmetric and Steer systems Weekly breakfast and training lunches Quarterly team outings Benefits 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for the employee One week of PTO every six months Paid holidays Paid training Uniforms provided How to Apply Step 1: Submit your application.
