Job Overview We are a small, tight-knit ABA company built on strong clinical values, mutual respect, and high standards for client care. We are looking for an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to step into a Lead RBT Trainer role and help shape the next generation of our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves teaching, mentoring, and setting others up for success, while still staying grounded in quality clinical work. What You'll Do Train and onboard new RBT hires through hands-on modeling, feedback, and coaching Support skill development in data collection, program implementation, and professional conduct Collaborate with supervisors to ensure training aligns with clinical standards Serve as a role model for professionalism, ethics, and compassionate care Provide ongoing support and feedback to new staff as they transition into independent work Support trainees and BCBAs with integrating the use of cutting edge technology to support better quality training/supervision outcomes What We're Looking For Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential At least 2 years of experience working as an RBT Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical practice Comfortable teaching, modeling, and giving constructive feedback Reliable, organized, and values-driven Enjoys being part of a small team where your voice truly matters Compensation & Benefits This position offers a guaranteed salaried base, providing predictable income and protection against cancellations. In addition to base pay, team members can significantly increase total compensation through additional scheduled client hours and performance-based bonuses.
