Pay, Compensation, and Schedule:
$19.30 per hour base pay + commission opportunities Training will blend classroom learning with hands-on phone training. M - F schedule 8-hour shifts
Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and help schedule services Help customers with questions, concerns, and service needs Schedule, confirm, and update cleaning appointments accurately and efficiently Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services to maximize value Consistently meet or exceed sales metrics Engaged, present, and performance-driven Handle general office and administrative tasks What we're looking for: You don't need years of experience to be successful here.
