Immediate Responsibilities Provide customer service at the sales counter for walk‑in customers and contractors Assist customers in selecting plumbing parts, tools, and equipment (training provided) Enter orders accurately using a computer‑based POS/inventory system Support warehouse operations by coordinating with team members Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked counter area Handle high‑volume customer traffic with professionalism and efficiency Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and internal teams Ideal Candidate Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable in a fast‑paced , high‑volume environment Reliable, team‑oriented, and eager to learn Basic computer skills ; able to learn new systems quickly Experience in retail , warehouse , counter sales , industrial supply , or customer-facing roles is a plus Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods Why Apply?
