) that maintains eCommerce operations across multiple marketplaces and sales channels like Ebay, Amazon, Bigcommerce, Shopify & Etsy. We are looking for a candidate with prior professional experience in retail or customer service related roles. It would be a huge plus if the candidate knows firearms, holds an pistol permit, armorer certifications for Glock / Smith & Wesson (and other related certifications). This position will be responsible for managing day to day operations in the Customer Service Department. Responsibilities will include (but is not limited to) customer complaint resolutions, fielding feedback for Sales & Marketing teams, developing new strategies to manage inbound workflow and completing orders using our internal sales system (Hubspot / BigCommerce

RESPONSIBILITIES

Taking customer emails/ phone calls/ social media messages and responding accordingly Helping in the warehouse as needed for order fulfillment / product assembly workflows Shipping related duties (Receiving / RMA resolution / Package handling and shipping etc) Responsible for case resolution with customers Work cooperatively with warehouse teams to coordinate all logistical aspects for order fulfillment Support other departments as needed (Warehouse

REQUIREMENTS

Position is in-house 5 days a week at 40 hours a week
