Full-Time | On-Site We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Sales Representative to join a growing Aerospace & Industrial Manufacturing company in Meriden, CT. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers. Process customer purchase orders, quotations, and order changes. Prepare RFQs and provide pricing information. Manage customer accounts and build long-term relationships. Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Production, Shipping, and Engineering to ensure on-time deliveries. Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules. Maintain accurate customer records using ERP/CRM systems. Resolve customer concerns while providing outstanding customer service. Support the outside sales team with quotations, order processing, and customer follow-up. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely problem resolution. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of Customer Service or Inside Sales experience in an Aerospace or Industrial Manufacturing environment . Experience processing purchase orders, customer orders, quotations, and RFQs. Experience with SAP, ERP, or CRM systems is highly preferred. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Stable work history. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications Aerospace or Industrial Manufacturing experience. Experience supporting OEM or manufacturing customers. Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
