Call Center Customer Service Representatives - New London Full Time Are you looking for a full time schedule? Look No Further! Here's what you'll be doing: Answering all customer calls promptly and professionally. Determining customer's primary concern and scheduling the necessary appointment. Communicating with each customer in a fashion that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed every time. Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions. Developing your knowledge base of the evolving products and services and needs of the dealerships. Establishing great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business. Working as a team player to uphold the company's standards of professionalism and integrity. Here's what you'll need: Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communicating. Strong record of positive customer satisfaction.
