Job Description
Position Summary:
The Client Service Associate is to assist our Wealth Adviser by doing whatever is required to protect the interests of our clients and to ensure that they receive excellent and efficient service with every aspect of their wealth management. Our Adviser will rely on the Client Service Associate to proactively "get things done", regardless of the task. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the client services, be extremely organized, have a strong eye for attention to detail and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position.Responsibilities:
- Point-of-service for client requests
- Preparation and management of account paperwork
- Management of adviser's busy calendar
- Preparation support for client review meetings
- Research and trouble-shooting of client issues
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations, Excel worksheets and Word documents
- Liaison with our Compliance team
Qualifications:
- Cultivating new business relationships is not a responsibility of this role
- This is an in-person position (not remote)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience in wealth management field or related customer service
- Intermediate to advanced mastery of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Warm and professional demeanor
- Capability to work well with others, as well as independently
- Superb organizational ability and follow-through skills
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems
- Ability to work onsite full time from 9-5
