We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associate. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, making sure their questions are answered, their concerns are resolved, and their overall experience is positive while supporting broader customer engagement and sales objectives.
Customer Support Associate Key Responsibilities:
Build strong connections with customers by directly providing clear information, support, and guidance throughout the sales process Assist customers in understanding products and services, ensuring they receive the best options for their needs while supporting overall sales efforts Work with Customer Support Associate team members and management to improve processes and provide seamless service that contributes to customer satisfaction and sales growth Handle inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, account details, and sales activity Stay informed about product updates and company policies to better support customers and fellow Customer Support Associates Support customer retention initiatives and contribute to team sales goals through positive customer experiences
Customer Support Associate Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude Problem-solving ability and attention to detail Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities Prior customer service, sales, or retail experience is helpful but not required Interest in developing professional sales, communication, and customer support skills A team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn through training and feedback
