Job Responsibilities:
Develop positive working relationships with clients. Keep records of client interactions and transactions. Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems. Resolve customer requests via phone, email, mail, and in person Follow up with clients after initial meetings or conversations in a timely manner. Listen to customer grievances and try to resolve them or refer them to the customer service manager for further investigation. Determine the amount of payment due to company, collect payments, and/or arrange for billing. Review client policies to discover the cause of a premium increase and educate the client on the reason for the premium increase. Retain clients by reviewing their existing policies on renewals and adjusting their coverages accordingly. Ask the right questions, listen to the clients' needs and educate them on the coverages available to them so they can make an informed decision.
