Description:
Primarily responsible for assisting and processing customer sales paperwork, questions and concerns with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Responsible for trouble shooting customer questions and concerns; receiving, placing and routing telephone calls to and from customers and vendors.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service is preferred

Southington, CT Nights/Weekends/Holidays Required Work Schedule:
15-20 hours per week
