Connecticut Position Title:
Client Services Agent (LOA)
Location:
Stratford, CT (Onsite) About the Role Our client is seeking a warm, organized, and service-driven Client Services Agent Health & Life Insurance for Connecticut to join our growing team. You will come onboard as a Licensed-Only Agent (LOA) operating primarily out of our Stratford, CT home office. This is a relationship-first role centered around protecting and serving our existing book of business. Your core mission during your first year is to master our infrastructure and provide elite care to our established clients across Medicare, ACA, Group Health, and related lines, ensuring they never feel forgotten or transactional.
Key Responsibilities & What You'll Do Primary Client & Medicare Management:
Act as the daily point of contact for established clients, utilizing your strong background in handling Medicare reviews, enrollments, and carrier networks.
Retention & Renewal Operations:
Manage renewals, plan changes, and inbound service tickets with high care, speed, and regulatory precision.
Systems & Data Tracking:
Utilize our CRM, quoting platforms, and carrier portals to flawlessly document client histories and maintain account health. Existing Book of Business (If Applicable): If you currently manage your own book of business, we are open to discussing how those clients might be incorporated under our client's umbrella (whether joining as an employee or independent contractor).

Candidates with an existing upline (FMO, GA, or MGA) must be open to securing a written release. What You Bring (Requirements)
Active Licensing:
Must hold an active, valid, and current Connecticut Health and Life Agent License in good standing.
AHIP Certification:
Active AHIP certification is preferred; candidates not currently certified must be willing to become immediately certified upon hire.
Work Authorization:
Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
Core Disposition:
Affable, energetic, engaging, and deeply empathetic, with exceptional listening and communication skills both over the phone and in-person.
Elite Organization & Tech-Savviness:
Detail-oriented with strong tech skills across Mac/PC, Google Workspace, MS Office, CRMs, and AI assistants.
Preferred Criteria:
Active health insurance licenses in other states (NY, NJ, FL, SC, GA, RI) and experience with key carriers such as Anthem, Aetna/SilverScript, ConnectiCare, Devoted Health, Humana, and others. Bilingual or multilingual skills (Spanish/Portuguese) are a strong plus!
Important Logistics & Interview Process Workplace Setting:
This role is fully onsite for 2026 and 2027 in a professional home-office environment located in a residential area in Stratford, CT (while actively scouting a separate commercial office). Hybrid flexibility may be considered after 2026 based on proven results.
