Job Description

Adecco is assisting a local client in Torrington, CT in hiring a Customer Service Representative. Work in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This is a day shift position with a starting pay rate of $22.00 per hour. If you meet the requirements below, Apply Now!
Position Summary:
Support new and existing customers by answering incoming calls, responding to emails and processing orders. Assist prospects in choosing the most suitable product for their research protocol and provide product information for review.
Primary responsibilities:
  • Support distributors and customers by providing pricing information, quotes and answering product questions
  • Purchase order review
  • Order entry
  • Answer incoming calls and emails
  • Provide customers with RMA's
  • Process quotes as needed
  • Support sales through CRM use and quote follow up
  • Stay current with product updates
  • Communicate cross-functionally
  • Process credit card payments
  • Check orders for order entry accuracy
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-3 years customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM preferred
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay Details:
