The Front Desk Associate is often the first point of contact for our members by our guests and plays an important role in creating a welcoming, positive experience at the club. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members, guests, and prospective members in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and member questions promptly and courteously.
- Assist members with court reservations, program registration, and general club information.
- Check members and guests into the facility and ensure club policies and procedures are followed.
- Process payments, account charges, and other transactions accurately.
- Assist with membership questions, including new memberships, renewals, and account updates.
- Provide information about tennis, junior programs, fitness, events, and other club offerings.
- Communicate with tennis professionals, management, and other departments to help ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor court schedules and assist with changes, cancellations, and court availability.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with club events and special programming as needed.
- Handle member concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when appropriate.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications
- Previous customer service, hospitality, front desk, or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning club management software.
- Ability to multitask, remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Tennis or racquet club experience is a plus, but not required. Schedule We are looking for candidates with weekday and/or weekend availability . Scheduling can be discussed based on availability and club needs. Compensation & Benefits Full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits:
