Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service / Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish , highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams in both languages. This position will provide excellent customer service while supporting day-to-day accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment processing, account reconciliation, collections, and resolving customer billing questions. Responsibilities Provide professional customer service by phone, email, and other communication channels in English and Spanish . Handle inbound customer inquiries in both languages, providing clear and professional assistance regarding billing, payments, and account status. Respond to customer questions regarding orders, invoices, payments, and account balances. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company financial information. Assist with account adjustments, refunds, and credit memos as needed. Communicate with sales, operations, and management to resolve customer and account issues. Prepare and distribute customer invoices and statements. Reconcile accounts using accounting system QuickBooks Online. Perform data entry with high accuracy, utilizing Excel data analysis tools and spreadsheets to monitor outstanding balances and aging reports. Post and apply customer payments accurately. Monitor Accounts Receivable balances and follow up on outstanding invoices. Contact customers regarding past-due balances in a professional and courteous manner. Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
