Call Center Representative/ Front Desk Cooper Orthodontics Boca Raton, FL Job Details Full-time $16 an hour 1 day ago Benefits On-the-job training Qualifications Foreign language proficiency Dental receptionist Medical administrative support Telephone systems Multi-line phone systems Full Job Description We are looking for an energetic, Bilingual (Spanish/English) Call Center and patient scheduling coordinator for a busy Orthodontic Practice. Must be able to answer a multi-line phone system and multi-task.
•Must be able to read and speak BOTH English and Spanish
•Duties include but are not limited to: answering multiple lines, scheduling appointments, taking payments, verifying insurance, etc. We are willing to train all aspects of the job! This is a part-time 3 day / week position: Monday - Wednesday 8-5, in our Boca Raton office.
