In this energetic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, delivering personalized innovative wellness treatments, and ensuring smooth store operations. Our Associates will take the initiative to understand Quelliv's service offerings and goals and provide superior customer service to all our clients. This position is ideally suited for someone who is looking for 3-4 days per week, has a mature attitude, and desires to assist in our customer's overall health needs. Must be comfortable providing treatment to both men and women, learn IT and treatment services easily, and have an upbeat, welcoming personality. Experience in a spa environment is a plus. Core Responsibilities Display excellent customer service by ensuring that each customer feels like our #1 customer. Handle all aspects of the front desk and treatment processes including but not limited to: Greet and assist clients with the completion of required intake forms and determine treatment needs with patience and kindness. Establish rapport with potential and recurring customers, confidently presenting and educating clients on our offerings and service. Assist clients in the lobby and post-service lounge with any needs. Answer phone calls and email inquiries. Assist clients with scheduling appointments. Support clients through follow-up, retention, and re-engagement. Help clients get situated in their therapy room, and set up the laser for service. Provide laser treatments to both men and women under directed protocols. Support daily store operations and maintains the cleanliness of the store, bathrooms, and client spaces.
