The Customer Care Representative (CCR) is responsible for providing excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is mainly done by phone, email and through the internet.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

General clerical duties (i.e. answer all calls in a timely, friendly manner, greet customers, manage emails, transfer messages and emails to the appropriate people) Assist in processing daily orders from phone calls, emails, website and other online sources in the Company's ERP system. Build and maintain relationships with customer base. Provide daily support for the inside sales team and manufacturing team. Credit orders as necessary. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude. Maintain a safe work environment. All other duties as requested, directed or assigned.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
Associate degree in related field or High School Diploma with customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience:
2-4 years' customer service experience required. Manufacturing or parts experience preferred.Computer Skills:
Advanced- Microsoft Excel, ERP experience preferred.
