Job Description
Hey thanks for checking out our job post. Please read the entire post before applying. We are looking to add someone to our service team to help with writing service orders, scheduling repairs, checking in equipment, working with techs and service customers. To do this job well you must be a leader, not afraid of problems, mechanically inclined, have basic understand of engines, and able to use a computer. We use Ideal and PartSmart, which we can teach you if you haven't. Our two main brands are Toro and Stihl. We have around 6,000 customers and 1,000 of them we see weekly and know by name. This is a fun place to work. Main Street Mower is a place where your customers get to know you and you them. One day they will even ask for you by name. We are all a team and you will need to be able to work well with others. You do not have to have a traditional education to do this job, though it wouldn't hurt. We are not your typical stagnate mower shop job, we are flourishing, always innovating and striving to be better. We invest a lot in training and marketing. There is a lot of room to grow with us, but that is up to you and the effort you are willing to put in. What we are looking for is someone who is hungry to learn, a self starter, a go getter, coachable, and a team player, and cleans up after them self and others if needed.
