We are located in a major shopping plaza with strong walk-in traffic and operate almost exclusively off referrals. This is a stable, relationship-driven office with a great reputation in the community and a positive, team-focused environment.

Position Overview:

Primarily handling renewals and rewrites Working with multiple homeowners carriers Servicing and supporting Allstate auto policies Assisting walk-in clients and managing inbound service requests

Qualifications:

Good with website navigation and online tasks Experience with Citizens Clearinghouse is a bonus Solid understanding of Florida homeowners insurance is a bonus General knowledge of auto insurance Strong multitasking and organizational skills Friendly, professional, and client-focused personality
