/ Office Manager Bishop Brothers Air Conditioning is hiring a friendly, organized CSR / Office Manager to keep our office running smoothly and provide great customer service. What You'll Do Answer calls and book appointments Dispatch technicians and manage schedules Follow up on estimates, invoices, and customers Handle office tasks, payments, and paperwork Help keep the team organized and jobs moving Apply for permits What We're Looking For Strong phone and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services is a plus Housecall Pro experience is a bonus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Bachelors Degree is a Plus Full-time, in-person position with competitive pay and room to grow.

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
