What You'll Do As a Client Service Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our hospital running smoothly by: Greeting clients and pets with warmth, professionalism, and compassion. Managing appointments, scheduling, and hospital flow to ensure an efficient client experience. Checking patients in and out accurately while maintaining complete medical records. Educating clients on preventative care, Optimum Wellness Plans (OWPs), and available hospital services. Answering phones, responding to client questions, and providing outstanding customer service. Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records. Supporting the veterinary team to ensure pets receive timely, high-quality care. Assisting with administrative tasks and helping maintain an organized, welcoming hospital environment. What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who: Loves both people and pets. Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Can multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Has excellent communication and customer service skills. Is dependable, organized, and proactive. Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team. Maintains a positive attitude, even during busy days. Is comfortable learning new technology and computer systems. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred. Veterinary or medical office experience is a plus but not required. Ability to stand, walk, and perform administrative tasks throughout the workday. Flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays, as needed. Why Join Banfield?
