Account Service Coordinator

A Leading HVAC Industry Company is seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Account Service Coordinator to join their team in Fort Lauderdale. What You'll Do (The Core Focus): Perform essential quality assurance checks on daily technical service and delivery orders submitted by our field technicians. Monitor and track commercial accounts through our computerized and third-party systems, ensuring every order is entered correctly and fulfilled completely. Act as the administrative link between our account managers, branch managers, and commercial customers, providing essential updates on HVAC repairs and deliveries. Handle basic and routine customer inquiries and order follow-up with a high level of professionalism.

Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Requirements:

$18.00 per hour

Temp-to-Perm:

True path to full-time employment (3-5 months based on performance).
