This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, accurate data entry abilities, and a commitment to providing reliable service to the public. As a Call Center Support Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for voters and community members, helping provide timely information related to voter registration, Vote-by-Mail requests, polling locations, election dates, and election procedures. This opportunity offers meaningful work in a structured, mission-driven environment where accuracy, confidentiality, teamwork, and professionalism are essential. Candidates can expect a fast-paced, supportive team setting with clear procedures, collaborative supervisors, and the opportunity to contribute to an important community service function during election season. Key Responsibilities Answer a high volume of inbound calls from voters and the public in a courteous and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding voter registration, Vote-by-Mail, polling locations, election dates, and related procedures. Research voter records using agency systems and document customer interactions accurately. Perform data entry and update voter information while maintaining strong attention to detail. Protect confidential voter records and follow established security, quality, and operational procedures. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support timely and efficient call center operations.
Compensation and Benefits Pay rate:
$22.00 per hour.

Contract/temporary assignment.

September 21, 2026 through November 10, 2026.
