Full-TimeSalary + commission ($45K-$48K) annually plus up to 5% / month Summary A well-established tooling supplier is seeking a Customer Service Representative with strong sales ability and excellent customer communication skills. This role focuses on supporting existing accounts, handling inbound inquiries, proactively reaching out to new and existing customers, and developing new business opportunities for current customers within the aviation and aerospace sector. Monthly bonuses are paid based on performance and can reach up to 5% per month.

Responsibilities Customer Account Management — Support and grow relationships with aviation-tool customers. Inbound & Outbound Calls — Respond to inquiries and proactively reach out to customers and prospects. Quote Preparation — Prepare, present, and follow up on quotes to maximize conversion. New Business Development — Identify opportunities with MROs, airlines, repair stations, and distributors. Product Recommendations — Recommend tooling solutions based on customer needs. Order Follow-Up — Ensure timely resolution of open quotes, orders, and customer requests. Cross-Functional Coordination — Work with purchasing, operations, and internal teams to meet customer requirements. CRM Accuracy — Maintain accurate customer and sales information. Qualifications 2+ years in customer service, inside sales, account management, or business development. Aviation, aerospace, MRO, industrial tooling, or manufacturing experience is a strong plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident, professional phone presence. Strong ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions. Highly organized with strong follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple requests with attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Self-motivated and effective in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn aviation tooling and product applications.
