Customer Service Representative

Respond to player inquiries via live chat, email, and ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner Assist players with account registration, login issues, identity verification (KYC), and redemption requests Process and document cases related to account flags, suspicious activity, and multi-account investigations in accordance with internal SOPs Apply platform-specific Terms & Conditions accurately when handling escalations, promotions disputes, and account reviews Use internal tools (including Persona, Socure, and back-office systems) to verify player identity and review account activity Follow compliance protocols for sensitive situations, including self-exclusion requests, TCPA opt-outs, and regulatory inquiries Maintain accurate and thorough case notes in the ticketing system for QA review and audit purposes Collaborate with the Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams to resolve complex player issues Meet and consistently maintain individual performance metrics including CSAT, resolution time, and QA scores Attend team meetings, training sessions, and stay current on platform updates and policy changes
