Top candidates will be professional and personable individuals, with a passion for great customer service and proven work experience as a Service Advisor/Writer. Candidates should also have a strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry-specific software. Service Advisor/Writer Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greeting Customers & Vehicle intake. Consulting with Service Technicians regarding necessary repairs & services. Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to Customers. Verifying Service contracts, Warranty repairs & setting up Loaner vehicles, where applicable. Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car, where applicable. Respond to inbound phone calls and answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-up. Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products & services. Treating all clientele with courtesy and respect. Adhering to all company policies, procedures & Customer Service standards.
