Job Description Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our agency. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support, communicate effectively with diverse clients, and assist with administrative and service-related tasks. Fluency in both English and Spanish is desired. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and/or electronically in a professional and courteous manner Provide accurate information regarding agency services, processes, and requirements Communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Spanish Enter, update, and maintain customer information using computer systems Assist customers with forms, applications, or service requests Follow agency policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines Complete required training and coursework (paid by the agency) Maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members Required Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude Basic to intermediate computer skills , including data entry and use of office software Ability to communicate clearly, listen attentively, and problem-solve Dependable, organized, and able to follow instructions Additional Requirements Willingness to complete a required training class (paid for by the agency) Must successfully complete fingerprinting and background requirements Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with agency standards Preferred Qualifications Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) Previous customer service or office experience Experience working with the public in a service-oriented environment What We Offer Paid required training Supportive team environment Opportunity to develop customer service and administrative skills ??
