$23-$28 per hour, based on relevant experience Franklin Equipment Sales is hiring someone to work across our parts counter and service department. You'll help customers find parts, check equipment in for service, keep repair jobs moving, and check completed work before equipment goes back to the customer. This is a busy role for someone who can handle several things at once without losing track of the details. We're looking for great customer service, a team-first attitude, and a willingness to learn. What you'll do Help customers at the parts counter and over the phone. Look up, order, and track parts. Check equipment in for service and clearly document customer concerns. Create and update service work orders. Coordinate with technicians and keep customers informed about repair status. Check completed repairs against the work order, confirm the equipment is ready for pickup, and flag anything that needs another look. Keep parts orders and service records accurate and organized. What we're looking for Strong customer service and communication skills. The ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through. Attention to detail, especially when documenting repairs and checking completed work. Someone who works well with technicians, sales staff, and other team members. Reliability, a good attitude, and the ability to take direction and learn. Parts, service writing, or outdoor power equipment experience is a plus. We're willing to train the right person.
