What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
Call & Interaction Auditing:
Routinely review and evaluate recorded sales calls to measure compliance adherence, script accuracy, and proper disclosure protocols.
CRM & Data Discipline:
Audit agent workflows within the CRM to ensure accurate pipeline notes, proper lead dispositioning, and clean data maintenance.
Performance Monitoring:
Track agent adherence to internal operating procedures, compliance guidelines, and quality assurance standards.
Incident Reporting:
Document compliance discrepancies, flag risk areas, and formally issue objective Incident Reports to management for corrective action.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with sales managers and training teams to identify coaching gaps and reinforce compliant sales behavior. What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in Quality Control, Compliance, Risk Management, or Audit (experience within insurance, financial services, or high-volume call centers is strongly preferred).
Detail-Oriented & Objective:
Exceptional listening and analytical skills with an uncompromising commitment to accuracy and ethical standards.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable navigating CRMs, call-recording software, and internal tracking databases.
Strong Communicator:
Ability to write clear, concise incident reports and communicate compliance metrics professionally with management.
