Job Overview We're looking for a friendly and energetic Cashier/Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent service while handling transactions efficiently. Operate the cash register (POS system) accurately during retail transactions and handle cash, card, and mobile payments. Upsell products and promote specials to enhance customer experience and sales. Stock shelves, merchandise products, and ensure the store remains clean and organized. Demonstrate product knowledge by providing product demos when needed. Maintain phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries. Support in managing the cash drawer, balancing registers at shift end, and ensuring accurate cash handling. Requirements Previous retail or grocery store experience is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs. Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math calculations. Experience in supervising or leading a team is advantageous but not required.
