Tasks & Responsibilities Own POC Communications:

Take full responsibility for the Point of Contact (POC) communications process, ensuring all contacts for every shipment are called, updated with accurate pickup/delivery ETAs, and highly satisfied with the service.

Proactive Shipment Tracking:

Manage updates for all shipments loading within 48 hours, 24 hours, and same-day, ensuring contacts on both ends know exactly when to expect a driver.

Goal-Oriented Follow-Up:

Proactively monitor driver progress to ensure a smooth pickup/delivery process. If a driver misses a scheduled window (e.g., an ETA was 12:00 PM and it is now 1:00 PM), follow up immediately.

Daily Client Alignment:

Check in daily with the internal clients team to ensure all automated client updates are fully accurate and functioning as needed.

Prioritize Direct Customers:

Provide exceptional, mindful service, especially to contacts who are the direct customers requesting and approving our transports.

Conflict Resolution & Problem Solving:

Skillfully de-escalate any contact frustrations and troubleshoot alternative solutions directly with drivers, carriers, and POCs as needed.

Location Expertise:

Develop a deep understanding of recurring locations, their specific pickup/delivery protocols, and individual POC preferences.

Accurate Documentation:

Ensure all notes, feedback, and grievances are thoroughly and properly documented in the file for operations and client teams.

Requirements & Expectations High-Volume Capacity:

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling an average of 80 to 100+ calls daily (varying based on driver adherence, volume, and POC availability).

Exceptional Soft Skills:

Active listening, empathy, and patience are an absolute must.

Organization:

Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and record-keeping.

Software Experience:

Preferred experience with Monday.com, RingCentral (or similar VoIP phone systems), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Please reply with resume Thank you
