[jensenbeachins.com] Position Summary Jensen Beach Insurance is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented 4-40 Licensed Insurance Agent/CSR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of insurance experience, preferably in an independent insurance agency environment, and be comfortable quoting personal lines insurance with multiple carriers. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to existing clients, generating quotes, processing policy changes, and supporting agency growth through relationship-building and cross-selling opportunities. Compensation $40,000

• $45,000 annually , based on experience $2,000
• $10,0000+ Annual Retention Commission Opportunity $4,000
• $10,000+ Annual New Business Commission Opportunity Responsibilities Quote personal lines insurance policies, including homeowners, auto, flood, and umbrella coverage Service existing accounts and respond to client inquiries Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy changes Review coverage options and provide recommendations based on client needs Follow up on quote opportunities and agency leads Cross-sell and round out accounts when appropriate Maintain accurate client records and documentation Work with multiple insurance carriers to secure competitive coverage options Deliver outstanding customer service while building long-term client relationships

Qualifications Required:

Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License Minimum 1 year of insurance agency experience Experience quoting personal lines insurance policies with multiple carriers Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred:
