Job Requirements:
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience preferred Demonstrate experience & ability to uncover the right solution by asking probing questions Demonstrate experience & ability to utilize resources and/or articles to provide correct information Required to reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence Employer will perform background check and drug test Ability to type 20+ words per minute 18+ age required due to hours of operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide inbound customer support. Help customers resolve technical issues. Assist in correcting billing concerns. Ensure the appropriateness of social media content. Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
Work Schedule :
Service is open 24/7 - Morning, evening, and graveyard shifts available.
Salary:
$17.00/hr - $19.96/hr
