This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, stays organized, and is comfortable taking initiative throughout their shift. You'll assist customers with our selection of prepackaged ice cream treats, handle purchases, maintain product inventory, and help keep the truck clean, stocked, and ready for customers. What You'll Be Doing Provide welcoming and attentive service to every customer Become familiar with our products and help customers make selections Share current specials, seasonal items, and product recommendations Accurately process purchases using our POS system Replenish products and maintain organized inventory Keep customer and service areas clean and presentable Follow established food safety and handling guidelines Perform routine opening and closing tasks Monitor inventory and communicate restocking or operational needs Contribute to a fun, positive experience for our customers What We're Looking For A friendly, approachable personality and comfort interacting with customers Dependability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility Ability to work independently and recognize what needs to be done Good communication and customer-service skills Strong organization and attention to detail Comfort learning and using a point-of-sale system Ability to remain efficient and positive in a busy environment Previous experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or customer service is helpful, but not required No ice cream production experience is necessary. Our products are prepackaged, and we'll provide training on our products, systems, and day-to-day procedures.
