Customer Service Representative Stellar Aviation Lake Worth, FL Job Details Full-time $16 - $18 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Qualifications Retail sales transactions Retail customer service procedures Sanitation High school diploma or GED Driver's License Aviation Full Job Description We are seeking self-motivated, positive, enthusiastic individuals for an immediate opening as a full time Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our facility in Lantana, Florida at the Palm Beach County Park Airport which caters to general aviation and private aircraft owners. Our CSRs provide the customer service support for these aircraft, including: Providing customers with professional service and assistance Receive customer phone calls and coordinate services Greets customers and accommodates their needs in order to ensure great customer service Processing customer purchases and fuel transactions Work closely with line service personnel and pilots, ensuring all customer service needs are met Monitors and transmits air-to-ground and ground-to-ground radios Performs light janitorial duties You will often be the first point of contact for clientele arriving at our facility. You will get the opportunity to interact with many diverse flight crews and exclusive clients. Customer service is of the highest priority, as well as professional and safe service. This full time position is for our daytime shift and requires work on Saturdays and Sundays.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver License High School Diploma or GED At least 2 years prior Customer Service experience
