Position Overview:

Loan Agent The Loan Agent position is responsible of helping customers complete their applications, make payments or any other issues they might have with an excellent customer experience. The Loan Agent will maintain daily operations within the branch and work alongside the Credex Team to ensure accurate and comprehensive proceedings to customers with good communication skills. Responsibilities Provide excellent costumer service and customer retention. Assist customers complete their applications. Analyze the applicant ability to pay by checking documents and perception of the customer. Return titles to customers. Return titles, including lien releases. Assist the Sales Department with incoming calls and other tasks when requested. Sell our product and satisfy the customer's needs by offering excellent service. Receive payments. Advice new and existing clients on our loans. Follow up with customers. Update and enter the information of each customer request in the system. Responsible of receiving positive reviews. Organize loan folders, conciliations, and other documents. Report office issues. Follow health, safety, and security rules. Skills Bilingual (English- fluent/ Spanish) Previous Customer Service experience preferred Previous CRM experience preferred Competencies Attendance and punctuality Multitasking skills Great communication skills Nimble Learning Collaborative Team player Persuasion skills .
