Job Description
Elite Fusion Strategies is hiring a Client Services Associate to join our growing team in Lakeland, FL. As a Client Services Associate, you'll be the friendly face our community counts on, meeting people in the community where they live, answering questions, and creating a great community experience from start to finish. No experience? No problem — we provide full training so you can grow into a confident Client Services Associate from day one. This is an in-person, field-based role — you'll be out in the community every shift, working a set local community territory and connecting with people face-to-face rather than sitting behind a desk or phone. Every Client Services Associate builds strong community relationships that make a real difference. What You'll Do as a Client Services Associate Meet with community members face-to-face with a warm, welcoming attitude every interaction. Answer questions and guide community members toward the information or service they need. Build familiarity with your assigned community territory and the households within it. Maintain accurate records of your visits and interactions. Work closely with your team to keep daily routes and operations running smoothly. Represent Elite Fusion Strategies with professionalism and genuine care out in the community. Continue building your skills through ongoing coaching and hands-on training as a Client Services Associate. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred. No prior experience required — training provided. Comfortable being on your feet and out in the community for most of the shift. Strong communication and people skills.
