Call Center Agent

Job Description:

Orlando Contact Center is an authorized contractor for Spectrum Cable, Xfinity, Optimum cable and Cox Communications currently looking for Call Center Representatives for Longwood, FL and the surrounding areas. We have a fast-paced environment, and we are looking to add more team members to our constantly growing company - immediate openings are available! No experience is necessary (although previous phone experience is preferred), and we offer paid training. Our Call Center Representatives are responsible for handling outbound calls for a nationwide cable television provider.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills. Previous phone experience is preferred. Good computer skills. Bilingual is a plus.

Compensation:

Weekly paychecks! Hourly wage of $15 + weekly commission for an average pay of $850-$1,100 per week.
