Miami Gardens, FL Job Details Temporary | Part-time $18 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork Process improvement Team management Portuguese Leadership Full Job Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to supervise and support a customer service team during a temporary summer project in Miami, FL. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to team management and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and support the customer service team assigned to the summer project Ensure high-quality customer service, operational efficiency, and achievement of performance goals Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and support Coordinate task distribution and maintain an organized and efficient workflow Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, problem-solving, and complex cases Foster a collaborative, productive, and results-driven work environment Work closely with management to improve processes and operational performance
Qualifications:
Native Portuguese proficiency is mandatory Previous leadership experience, preferably in customer service, operations, or support environments Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Organized, proactive, and results-oriented mindset Availability to work a 6-day workweek schedule (6x1)
