Customer Service Representative

Base pay : $80/day , $120/reached $600 sales goal plus 7% commision over goal

Locations :

Coconut Grove Farmers Market , Miami Springs Farmers Market Miami Lakes Farmers Market

REQUIREMENT

Must have a vehicle. You will have to come to headquarter to pick up and drop off market products and other necessities that we will provide to you. Customer service

Duties:

• Provide an outstanding experience to customers
• Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions
• Assemble and disassemble displays
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently with both cash and electronic pay
• Maintain a clean and organized display and area
• Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed. Keep count of inventory
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and attend team meeting.

Skills:

• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Multilingual abilities, with proficiency in [list languages]
• Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and change
• Organizational skills to maintain a tidy area and manage inventory
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Bilingual skills are a plus, particularly in [spanish]
