Contentizer is seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting with shipping inquiries, tracking requests, and service-related concerns. You will work closely with internal teams to provide accurate information and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Handle outbound calls to follow up on shipment requests, delivery updates, and customer concerns. Provide shipment tracking updates and assist with delivery-related questions and issues. Create, update, and manage service tickets with accurate customer and shipment information.
Requirements:
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous call center, customer service, logistics, or administrative experience is a plus but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment.
