Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Call Center Representative, where your energetic communication skills and technical proficiency will make a meaningful difference in healthcare support. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service through phone and electronic communication channels. Your bilingual ability will enable you to assist a diverse client base effectively, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Responsibilities Manage high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. Provide accurate information regarding health insurance plans, medical terminology, and healthcare services to clients in both English and another language. Utilize computer skills to navigate Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems for data entry, updating patient information, and maintaining confidentiality. Assist clients with appointment scheduling, follow-up inquiries, and troubleshooting issues related to healthcare services or insurance coverage. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a positive attitude. Document interactions thoroughly in client databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations. Collaborate with team members to improve call center processes and enhance overall client satisfaction. Skills Multilingual proficiency in English and at least one additional language is essential. Strong computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Office applications and healthcare management software such as EMR/EHR systems. Extensive experience in call center environments handling phone communication effectively. Knowledge of health insurance policies, medical terminology, and healthcare support procedures. Excellent customer service problem-solving abilities combined with active listening skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during data entry and record management. Professional phone etiquette coupled with clear verbal communication skills. Technical proficiency in navigating electronic health records (EHR), managing client data securely, and troubleshooting basic system issues. Pay:
