Job Summary:

We are partnering with a growing local insurance agency to find an energetic, bilingual Insurance Sales Agent to help customers protect what matters most. In this dynamic, hands-on role you'll sell insurance plans, prepare and process quotes, and guide customers to the coverage that fits them best—all while building lasting relationships that keep them coming back. There's no need to bring your own book of business; just bring your personable attitude, sales drive, and commitment to great service. Requirements:
Sell insurance plans and consistently meet a target of at least five new policies per week Pull and process customer quotes using industry platforms such as Zywave and Turbo Rater Assist customers in selecting the right plans and handle their questions in an efficient, accurate manner Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term retention and referrals
Schedule & Pay:
Full Time
  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM; may require some Saturdays or an 8:00 AM
  • 6:00 PM schedule, $18.00
  • $20.
00 per hour depending on the license; plus commission opportunity
Qualifications:
Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong sales ability and great customer service skills Comfortable using computers and multiple software platforms efficiently Prior experience as an insurance agent preferred, but not required for the role 220 or 440 insurance licenses preferred; a personable, dependable team player
