We're looking for a Service Writer/Assistant Store Manager who thrives in a growing shop environment and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience from the first phone call to the final invoice. What You'll Do Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage daily customer flow Build estimates and present repair recommendations and inspections clearly and confidently Sell recommended services — turning estimates into approvals is your primary goal Partner with the Store Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly Ensure repairs are completed on time and customers leave satisfied Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming front-of-house environment; other duties as assigned Step in to support store coverage during manager PTO/Off Days or as needed What We're Looking For Prior automotive service writing, service advising, or related sales experience preferred Strong communication skills.
