The Client Care Coordinator will be responsible for creating a positive client experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Couture clients, prospective clients & guests. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Greet clients, prospective clients & guests, providing exceptional customer service Handle all front desk related activities including but not limited to: Answer phones in a friendly manner & assist caller with a variety of questions Check clients in & out of the system Schedule & confirm appointments New member sign-up, member transfers & member cancellations Take prospective clients on tours Work at Couture med spa events, as needed • Consult with clients regarding their goals & educate them on available treatment options (A couture provider will provide final treatment recommendation &plans) Facilitate needed updates to member's accounts Assist providers Take before & after photos of clients Take medical histories & review for completion Chart client treatments & settings Treat clients with devices as allowed per state law that don't require specialized licenses • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely & professional manner & elevate to management as needed Provide administrative & clinical support to ensure efficient operations Prep for treatment Cleaning and disinfect rooms before, after, & between clients, Assist in maintaining the neatness & cleanliness of the spa Disposing of contaminated supplies Qualifications/Requirements Customer service experience Enjoy working in a team environment Basic computer proficiency A passion for the aesthetics industry Upbeat & positive attitude! Punctuality & reliability is a must Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive & professional way with clients & co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations Strong listener with the ability to empathize & problem solve Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior & language High School diploma/GED equivalent required Must be 18 years of age or older Physical Demands Requires long period of standing & walking during shift Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift Must be able to occasionally lift to 25 lbs. Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals used in medical treatment The starting pay for this full-time position is $11 an hour with the option to participate in the company health insurance plan with company contribution (we also offer a Telemed plan for full time employees at a zero-dollar cost to the employee, 100% couture cost, & $25K of life insurance at no cost to the employee.
