Customer Enrollment Representative:

Engage with customers face-to-face and assist with inquiries, account updates, and service options in a retail setting. Respond to customer questions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints professionally to build long-lasting customer relationships. Manage customer enrollment and accounts, process orders, and contribute to business growth. Guide customers on products and services that meet their needs. Gather customer feedback and relay it to relevant internal teams to improve customer experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and company policies. Customer Enrollment Representative:

Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
