Competitive hourly pay PLUS uncapped bonuses! 6 checks per month : Weekly bonus payouts plus bi-weekly hourly pay checks! As a Sales and Client Support Agent, you'll be at the forefront of delivering excellent client service while driving sales and supporting Verizon's diverse customer base.
Your role includes:
Engaging with client through inbound and outbound calls to promote Verizon products and services. Addressing client questions, concerns, and service issues with professionalism and efficiency. Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions to meet client needs. Documenting all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in CRM systems. Collaborating with your team to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and sales performance. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is beneficial. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments preferred. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Comfortable working with CRM software and navigating multiple computer systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent customer experiences.
