What You'll Do:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through value-based conversations Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service (policy changes, billing inquiries, claims support, coverage questions) Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, and Health Insurance options using a needs-based approach Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention Support the agent with daily office operations and business growth goals W hat

What We're Looking For:
